Project Details
Brookberry Farm, Farmhouse, Low Country, Phase IV, The Village at Brookberry Farm
Project Description

This custom American farmhouse is set on a prime corner lot in the Village at Brookberry Farm.  Its plan was originally designed as a collaboration by the highly renowned architectural firm, Historical Concepts, and Southern Living Magazine as a renovation of a circa 1830’s farmhouse in Senoia, GA. The project was the magazine’s first renovation Idea House in 2012 and has gone on to be built across the country as the “Farmhouse Revival Plan”.  With a few modifications to the original plan, Sonoma’s custom build was a recipient of a Gold Award in the 2017 Fall Parade of Homes.
